Photo access was denied
Open Settings › Apps › CleanSpace › Photos and choose Full Access or Limited Access. With Limited Access, results cover only the photos you've allowed.
Similar photos aren't showing up
In the You tab, turn on "Look for similar photos". It's slower but catches far more. The Similarity slider controls how alike two photos must be.
Some photos are missing from results
Originals stored only in iCloud are skipped rather than downloaded. Download them to the phone in Photos if you want them looked at.
Start over
In the You tab, tap "Forget everything CleanSpace learned". Your photos aren't touched. The next look-through starts from scratch.
Purchases
Cancel a subscription
Open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, choose CleanSpace and tap Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. If you are on the Yearly plan's 3-day free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. The Monthly plan has no trial.
Restore a purchase
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open the You tab and tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
Request a refund
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the CleanSpace purchase.
What Pro costs
$4.99 a month, or $14.99 a year after a 3-day free trial. The 3-day free trial applies to the Yearly plan.
Frequently asked
Does CleanSpace upload my photos?
No. Everything is analysed on the phone. There is no server and no account.
Can I get something back after removing it?
Yes. Removed photos and videos go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album for up to 30 days. Files removed from folders or external drives may not be recoverable, so keep a backup.
Does it delete anything on its own?
No. You confirm every removal, and iOS shows its own confirmation too.
What does the free version include?
Looking through and reviewing every category, with a suggested keeper in each group. Removing what you chose needs CleanSpace Pro.
What does Pro cost?
$4.99 a month, or $14.99 a year after a 3-day free trial.
How do I cancel?
In Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Both plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Does it work with iCloud Photos?
Yes. Originals that live only in iCloud are skipped rather than downloaded, so a scan never uses your data or fills your phone.
